Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within a few hours of being received, customers should contact La Capsuleria as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

La Capsuleria delivers orders throughout Lebanon.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and other circumstances affecting delivery. While we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the expected timeframe, delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

7. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind. Opened coffee products cannot be returned, except where the product is confirmed to be defective.
