These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between Ganta Trading sal, the exclusive distributor of La Capsuleria products in Lebanon, referred to hereinafter as Ganta Trading, and the user or visitor. a. Quality Assurance: Products adhere to Lebanese Norms for Ground Coffee, Roasted Coffee Beans, Coffee Capsules, confectionary products, etc., and relevant international standards. Some products may cause allergies; consumers should refer to product labels for content details.

b. Preservation: Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best quality, goods should be consumed prior to the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

Section 6 - Account & Amendments: Users may need to register for accessing certain services. Ganta Trading reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions and terminate accounts. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account details.

Section 7 - Intellectual Property: The intellectual property rights of this website's content, including trademarks, copyrights, and industrial designs of products and marketing slogans, are licensed to La Capsuleria Srl, methods, and other proprietary rights are the property of La Capsuleria Srl.

Section 8 - Pricing and Payments: Prices are in USD and may change at any time. Payments are currently Cash on Delivery & online payments through the use of credit/debit cards.

Section 9 - Orders and Invoicing: Ganta Trading is not responsible for errors in order forms or delivery addresses. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days, and acceptance of orders is not guaranteed. Invoices are registered in Ganta Trading’s database.

Section 10 - Security Protection: Ganta Trading takes reasonable precautions to ensure the security of payment details. However, users should acknowledge that online payments are processed through a third-party platform, and Ganta Trading cannot be held responsible for any breaches in this regard.

Section 12 - Intended Use of Products: Products available are intended for personal use only. Unauthorized use, resale or distribution is prohibited and may lead to legal action. Businesses or individuals seeking to resell or distribute must go through the appropriate Business-to-Business (B2B) channels and agreements.

Section 13 - Modification of Terms: Ganta Trading reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any modifications signifies acceptance of the amended terms.

Section 14 - Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ganta Trading from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to their account.

Section 15 - Return and Refund Policy: Return or refund requests must be made within a specific period from the date of purchase, with certain products being non-returnable (Example: all food & beverage products).

Section 16 - Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood, or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen.

Section 20 - Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be removed, and the remaining terms and conditions will continue in full force and effect.

Section 21 - Assignment: Ganta Trading may transfer, sub-contract, or otherwise deal with Ganta Trading's rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without notifying you or obtaining your consent. You may not transfer, sub-contract, or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.

Section 22 - Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes arising out of the use of the website or the products/services offered, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issues amicably through mutual discussions. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter and file a claim at the Lebanese Courts.

Section 23 - Governing Law: These terms and conditions and the use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Users agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lebanon for any dispute arising under or related to these terms and conditions.
